We are delighted to provide an efficient delivery service to customers within the UK and countries within the EU using Interlink Express or Royal Mail.
UK deliveries:
Orders can be despatched to your home or work place. Deliveries are made on weekdays Mon-Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm and require a signature. You will only receive your purchase on a Saturday if you have paid for (and are eligible for) Saturday Delivery. We dispatch orders on weekdays only, Mon-Fri except Bank Holidays
Within the shopping cart there is a facility where you can add special delivery instructions. For example: "If out, please leave with neighbour".

Delivery Times & Prices

Goods are normally dispatched within 5 days and you should receive them 7 - 8 working days from placing your order. Some items are ordered direct from the manufacturer which can increase this delivery time. In this situation we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated delivery date.

Returns & Refunds
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase you may return unused goods, along with all original packaging and any labels within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error. We recommend that you use a reputable courier (e.g. Parcel force) for larger items and Royal Mail Special/Recorded Delivery for smaller items. We cannot accept responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
When we receive the goods back, after inspection, we will process a refund onto the card used to make the original order.

Placing an Order
Our website has been designed to make on-line ordering very simple. Any queries, in office hours, please pick up the phone. Any queries, out of office hours, please leave us a voice mail or send an e-mail message and these will be dealt with as a priority the next morning. In the unlikely event that we are unable to supply any item ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.
We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail (please ensure that you put in exactly your correct e-mail address) or by telephone where an e-mail address is not available.

Payments
We accept credit card payments including Visa, MasterCard, Solo, Delta, Switch and American Express. Once you have placed an order, we will send you a confirmation via e-mail together with the transaction and order reference details. If you prefer you can telephone us (0844 800 1145) with you order and you can pay over the telephone.
